First established in Victoria Park in 1979 by the Tilby family, it has since grown into a network of eight retail outlets and a significant commercial division, all supported by a large distribution and embroidery centre centrally located in Welshpool.

Marshall Tilby
Managing Director
Managing Director Marshall Tilby has been working as an owner and operator within the workwear industry for close to 30 years. Under his leadership, TWW Global Group has grown into the thriving network that it is today.
Steve McGivern
Commercial Area Manager
Steve joined the TWW Global Group in mid-2022 following a 35-year career in banking and finance that included leading teams across specialist areas including commercial and transactional banking. Steve brings exceptional leadership and organisation skills to the Commercial Division.
John Keron
Operations
Joining the TWW Global Group in early 2022, John works alongside Marshall in driving the strategic direction of the group and is responsible for all aspects of the group’s operations. A former banker, working closely with both small and large enterprises across most industries, John is a strategic thinker with astute business acumen.
Tanya Worthington
Commercial Sales Manager
Tanya has been with TWW Global Group since 2017 and has 20 years of industry experience as a major account and customer sales/service representative. Tanya has extensive industry contacts that enable her to source hard-to-get products with ease.
